I have only purchased dog food items from the shop but appreciate the amazing customer service this local shop offers. If I can add more stars I would! Background: I have a 10 year old Great Pyrenees which is not a common bread in this area. He’s an outdoor door and had a lot of matted hair. I’ve called so many places in Miami for about 5 months trying to find someone to groom my dog. Based on his size, no place would take him. I came across Woof Gang through Instagram and decided to give them a call. Discouraged from so many rejections, Alyssa informed me that they would be able to take the dog. I had to fight back tears of relief that I would finally be able to give my dog the attention he desperately needed. I was informed that 2 groomers would work on him since he was so big. Not only did they say yes, but they offered solutions! I was so grateful! My dog has never been professionally groomed and tends to get anxious. When I took him in this morning, I knew I was leaving Gladiator in good hands. The staff was so kind and enthusiastic to have him. I met with both groomers and they informed me of everything they would do if my dog let them. I felt such comfort leaving him and when I picked him up, he looked AMAZING! My dog is getting ready for a surgery so the groomers were careful with him and were able to do a full shave and bathe him. The price was also fair given he was so matted and is huge! As a pet owner I had so many concerns but leaving him in the hands of the Wolf Gang staff was not one of them. So grateful for the team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
